Business Relationship Manager

Main Responsibilities

As a Business Relationship Officer at ODDO BHF Group, you will be responsible for ensuring superior customer satisfaction for Business and maintaining it at all times. You will work closely with Business to deliver products in the best way, controlling the Quality of Service on applications used by our Business (mainly Private Wealth Management and Independent Financial Advisors). You will also manage all necessary communications and crisis meetings on incidents, providing KPIs on products stability and acting as a facilitator between stakeholders (Business, IT, external providers).

Key Skills and Knowledge

  • Acquire skills and knowledge in business relationship management
  • Discover the banking/Life-Insurance environment

Requirements

  • You have a first experience in project management
  • You are rigorous, dynamic, organized, autonomous, reactive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and tenacious
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, a great sense of service, and enjoy working in a team
  • You know the JIRA tool as well as Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, VBA)
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
