IT Core Banking Business Services Specialist

About the Role
As a key member of the ODDO BHF Group IT Department, you will join the CORE BANKING IT team, which has developed a comprehensive back-office platform to manage all business lines of the group. This platform supports the European ambition of the Group and requires a skilled professional to lead the Business Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for production topics related to the Core Banking platform and its satellite applications, ensuring seamless communication with users and other IT teams.
- Track, manage, and process all incidents and problems in the central IT service management tool, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Take ownership of communication with users and reconciliations with other IT teams, ensuring effective issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Quality of Service
- Develop and maintain reports and key performance indicators to monitor the Quality of Service, ensuring alignment with ODDO BHF Group guidelines.
- Continuously improve the Incident & Problem Management process to enhance Quality of Service and reduce Run-The-Bank, in accordance with Group guidelines.
- Participate in relevant committees as responsible for Quality of Service, ensuring effective communication and preparation.
- Contribute to major Project GO-Lives, including the cutover phase, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage IT Vulnerabilities, ensuring the highest level of Cyber-Security.
Requirements
- Hold a successfully completed university degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, or a similar field with a focus on IT.
- Have functional knowledge of the Financial Front to Back chain.
- Exhibit excellent team and communication skills, with business fluency in written and spoken English required.
- Have very good knowledge of French, which is an advantage.
- First experience with JIRA and SQL is an advantage.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and curiosity, with a willingness to work in a demanding environment.
- Be willing to travel to Paris and Frankfurt am Main.
