Key Responsibilities- Cultivate a deep understanding of the German healthcare landscape, identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing partnerships.
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue projections.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to refine our offerings and enhance customer acquisition processes.
- Pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Analyze sales metrics, including conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts, to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Proven track record of success as a sales representative, consultant, or manager in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare industries.
- Degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, medical devices, or life sciences, combined with a strong passion for IT and software solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building, trust establishment, and objection-handling.
- Self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and proactive approach to seeking opportunities for growth and excellence.
- Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas, with a proven ability to exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, while maintaining seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Native German speaker with fluency in English, facilitating effective communication with both domestic and international clients.
