The Account Manager Leisure supports Marriott's vision and mission by utilizing strategic account management and team-based sales to increase preference, loyalty, and profitable share within their accounts. They contribute to the overall success of Marriott by driving revenue generation and value creation through sales efforts.

Business Context

The Account Manager Leisure provides dedicated support to a targeted portfolio of accounts in the leisure industry. They work as part of a team on complex accounts and assist in developing and maintaining strategies for revenue generation. In this role, the Account Manager Leisure is directly responsible for select transactional sales activities within their assigned areas.

This position is based in a global business environment.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience Preferred

  • 3+ years of sales and marketing experience required.
  • Total Account Management experience preferred.
  • Hospitality sales experience preferred.
  • Fluency in German & English preferred.
  • Experience in Tour Operator, Travel Agency, or Hospitality Industry a plus.

  • Accurately qualifies potential accounts and maintains up-to-date information on each account.
  • Manages resources within budgeted guidelines and develops goals to support the strategic account plan.
