Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure sector across all hotels in the portfolio. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with group leisure clients, with a focus on international markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenues in the leisure sector
  • Building and maintaining relationships with group leisure clients, with a focus on international markets
  • Active acquisition of new clients and partners to expand the network and increase market presence
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in leisure sales, ideally in the hotel or tourism sector
  • Extensive market knowledge and a strong network in the leisure segment (tour operators, online travel platforms, travel agencies)
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in closing cooperation agreements
  • High self-motivation, strategic thinking, and a goal-oriented approach to work
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
