Your Role: Hardware On-Site Support Specialist
As an On-Site Hardware Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, resolving hardware issues, and implementing new technologies.
Responsibilities- Install and configure hardware devices according to client specifications.
- Provide expert support for VPN client setup and troubleshooting.
- Assist with office relocations involving IT equipment, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Deploy hardware and accessories, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
- Offer first- and second-level technical support for a range of hardware issues.
- Document all tasks and resolutions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of new technologies.
- Completed vocational training in IT or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of hardware devices and operating systems.
- Prior experience in a technical support role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
