Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at 0010 Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation for our Java-based products.



About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, as well as a good understanding of technology. You will work closely with developers, testers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and feedback.



Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create clear and concise user guides and API reference manuals for our clients and technology partners.
  • Review and edit existing documentation for style, consistency, clarity, and quality.
  • Set up an approach to manage technical and users' documentations for multiple applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Participate in user feedback and subject matter expert sessions, making proposals on how to enhance the knowledge base.


Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the software industry.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, GIT, and Markdown.
  • Understanding of common design patterns and technologies.
