Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at ProfilbildPro. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing social media strategies that drive brand awareness and conversions. You will work closely with our social media manager to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices. You should be able to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas that capture the attention of our target audience.

In addition to your content creation skills, you will also be responsible for monitoring feeds for relevant opportunities to inject the brand into culturally relevant trends. You will collaborate with our content creator to develop engaging content for our brand channels and identify key trends and opportunities to create reactive content that resonates with our target audience.

You will support the Influences Marketing team in identifying new influencers on LinkedIn who can help us reach our target audience. You will champion platform best practice across all content developed for your brand – ensuring content is platform native.

Requirements
  • Florent English language skills
  • Passion for everything digital marketing
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field (or currently studying)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
