SalaryAs a Digital Content Governance Specialist, you can expect a monthly gross salary of €2583. Additionally, you'll receive a performance-based incentive of up to €150 per month, enhancing your overall compensation package. You may also be eligible for a relocation bonus, shift bonuses, and other benefits as outlined below.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility will be to evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing postings based on our client's policies and guidelines. You will review, block, and delete content that contradicts community standards, demonstrating a high standard of accuracy and quality at all times.
You will have a direct influence on reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes, and the spread of misinformation in online spaces, contributing to creating a safer digital environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent English language skills, with Hebrew proficiency being a significant asset
- A deep understanding of cultural and political situations, noteworthy social issues, and popular trends in the markets you will support
- An open mind to changing priorities and business processes
- A desire to work in a team-based, fast-paced, international environment where you'll need to embrace different cultures, nationalities, and languages
- The ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7)
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
