Key Account OTA Manager

As a Key Account OTA Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and evaluating new and strategically important customer relationships in the cruise industry. Your primary goal will be to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and maintain a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at cruise lines, travel agencies, and other industry partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the cruise industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Provide sales training and support to internal teams, including sales representatives, account managers, and customer service representatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive and informed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the cruise industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
