Job Description

As a Key Account OTA Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and evaluating new and strategically important customer relationships in the cruise industry. Your primary goal will be to conceive and implement suitable sales measures to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key OTA partners
  • Conceive and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze the cruise market to identify trends and opportunities
  • Compile and analyze statistics to inform sales decisions
  • Organize and implement product training for sales partners
  • Acquire new partners and negotiate contracts to sales targets
  • Monitor the success of marketing measures and provide feedback to the team
  • Act as an interface for IT, providers, agencies, and colleagues on e-commerce and API-related matters
  • Present sales strategies and results to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Completed professional training in tourism and/or business administration with a focus on tourism
  • Several years of professional experience in sales and business development in the cruise industry
  • Excellent contacts in the travel industry and with tourism sales partners
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Very good know-how for IT systems, structures, and the online sale of tourism services
  • Class 3 or B driving license
  • Strategic-analytical thinking and ability to prioritize
