Job Title: Leader Laboratory Electronics

Elco Heating Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leader Laboratory Electronics to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for leading a small local team in the lab test of control products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Development and testing of controllers for heating systems, including heat pumps, solar, gas, and oil systems.
  • Verification of control functionalities and setup, implementation, and documentation of lab tests.
  • Approval tests and functional tests of prototypes, including demo cases.
  • Support field tests in control and electrical engineering areas.
  • Cooperation, communication, and coordination with international development departments.
  • Technical reference point of contact for ELCO product management in the field of lab tests.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical and Control Engineering or similar qualifications.
  • Previous experience in development and/or testing of electronic devices (7-10 years), preferably in building energy systems.
  • Experience in leading a professional team is a plus.
  • Knowledge of control, heating systems, energy management, building automation, Building Management Systems (BMS), bus communications protocols, electronics, PCB, hardware design, lab tests, product management, renewable, and HVAC.
  • Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office.
  • Good German and English communication skills.
