Job Title: Leader Product Management Electronics

Elco Heating Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leader Product Management Electronics to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of control functions and hardware for our heating systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define, specify, and implement control functions and hardware for safe and effective operation of heating systems.
  • Cooperate with international suppliers and development departments to ensure seamless integration of components.
  • Evaluate customer and system requirements to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Integrate connectivity and cloud-based data structure to enhance product functionality.
  • Conduct approval tests and functional tests of prototypes to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Laboratory Team to support lab and field tests in control and electrical engineering areas.
  • Develop competitor analysis, requirement specifications, component specifications, parts lists, and technical documentations.
  • Support quality assurance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electronic or Electrical and Control Engineering.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in building energy systems or electronic devices.
  • Experience in leading a team of professionals is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills.
