Electronics Product Management Leader

At Elco Heating Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Electronics Product Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of control functions and hardware for our heating systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Definition, specification, and implementation of control functions and hardware for heating systems.
  • Cooperation with international suppliers and development departments.
  • Evaluation of customer and system requirements.
  • Integration of connectivity and cloud-based data structure.
  • Approval tests and functional tests of prototypes.
  • Collaboration with the Laboratory Team and support lab and field tests.
  • Creation of competitor analysis, requirement specifications, component specifications, parts lists, and technical documentations.
  • Support quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronic or Electrical and Control Engineering.
  • Previous experience in Product Management (7-10 years), preferably in building energy systems or electronic devices.
  • Experience in leading a team of professionals is a plus.
  • Knowledge of/experience in control, preferably in heating systems, energy management, building automation, or Building Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Good German and English communication skills.
