Who We Are Seeking
We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early-stage B2C startups or organizations that prioritize innovation, exceptional user experience, and technical excellence. You are committed to achieving optimal results and excel in a high-energy work setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to establish a robust foundation by owning and executing strategies for consumer growth, including effective onboarding processes, optimization, and testing methodologies, with a focus on scalability and return on investment.
- Enhance Early Lifecycle Engagement: Focus on improving the experience for newly onboarded user cohorts and increasing customer retention. Design and implement scalable processes throughout the entire customer lifecycle, emphasizing early retention tactics.
- Performance Analysis & Tracking: Set forecasts and objectives, design and assess A/B tests, and monitor essential performance metrics. Analyze the underlying causes of performance fluctuations and provide strategic insights to various stakeholders.
- Manage CRM Systems: Oversee and optimize our CRM and tracking systems, striving for operational efficiencies and establishing scalable foundations to support our rapid growth.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a competitive growth environment (B2C + subscription model) in roles such as Performance Marketing, CRM, or Growth Marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and engagement tools, with the ability to critically assess our current setup.
- Proficient in SQL, capable of utilizing it daily for query creation and dashboard development is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to executional excellence, tracking progress with clear objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build consensus among senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in both German and English.
