Service Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Designer to join our team at SAP Fioneer. As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify user needs, behavior, and pain points, and to create personas and user flows that drive design discussions and user-centric functionalities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Requirements- A degree in Product Design, Innovation Design, or a related field
- Strong experience in Service Design, Product Design, or UX Design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Design Thinking tools and methodologies
- A polished portfolio that showcases your work and approach to complex problems
- A user-centric mindset, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and German is a must for this role
