Service Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Designer to join our team at SAP Fioneer. As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities- Identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points through research and analysis
- Create personas and user flows to inform design decisions
- Utilize data and user feedback to drive design discussions and develop user-centric functionalities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate design concepts and solutions

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Innovation Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in Service Design, Product Design, or UX Design, with a focus on user-centered design principles
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking tools and methodologies
- Polished portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and German is a must for this role
