Service Designer

We are seeking a talented Service Designer to join our team at SAP Fioneer. As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities- Identify user needs and pain points through research and analysis
- Develop user personas and user flows to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centric solutions
- Utilize data and insights to inform design decisions and measure the effectiveness of solutions

As a Service Designer at SAP Fioneer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that have a real impact on our users and the business. Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Innovation Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Service Design or a related field
- Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and German
