Verpackungsentwicklung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Verpackungsentwickler, der sich auf die Entwicklung nachhaltiger und ökonomischer Verpackungslösungen spezialisiert hat. Als Leiter der Verpackungsentwicklungsentwicklungsteam in Bielefeld bist du für die Entwicklung und Bewertung von Verpackungskonzepten verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Bewertung von Verpackungskonzepten unter Beachtung von Qualitäts-, Handels-, Verbraucher-, Rechts- und Umweltanforderungen
  • Optimierung bestehender Verpackungen
  • Identifizierung standortübergreifender Harmonisierungs- und Standardisierungspotenziale bei Verpackungsmaterialien und -formaten
  • Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten im Verpackungsmaterial- und Verpackungstechnologiebereich
  • Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Überwachung der internationalen Verpackungskonzepte

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Verpackungstechnik / Verpackungsentwicklung oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit flexiblen und formstabilen Verpackungsmaterialien
  • Umfassende Projektmanagementerfahrungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten
