About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DSP Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, you will play a critical role in recruiting and onboarding talented entrepreneurs to join our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard DSPs, working closely with Business Development Managers to identify and vet potential candidates.
  • Support entrepreneurs in creating their new company and navigating the onboarding process in our system.
  • Build trusting relationships with external DSP candidates, identifying qualified candidates and guiding them through the recruiting and onboarding funnel.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience, leveraging strong communication skills and adaptability to meet the needs of our candidates.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in recruiting or candidate-facing roles, preferably in logistics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree and proficiency in German and English (written and verbal communication).
  • Preferred qualifications include further proficiency in one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Dutch, or Italian, prior logistics experience, and competency in Salesforce.
