Senior DSP Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DSP Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard DSPs to join our network
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external DSP candidates
  • Support entrepreneurs in creating their new company and onboarding process
  • Use software tools (Excel, Outlook, Salesforce) to manage candidate experience and quality
Requirements
  • Prior experience in recruiting coordinator or candidate-facing roles
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in German and English (written and verbal communication)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Further proficiency in one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Dutch, or Italian
  • Prior logistics experience
  • Competency in Salesforce
  • Customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
