About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DSP Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in recruiting and onboarding Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard DSPs through a thorough vetting process, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external DSP candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Utilize software tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and expansion of our DSP network.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in recruiting or candidate-facing roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional proficiency in one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish, Dutch, or Italian.
  • Prior experience in logistics or a related field, with a strong understanding of the delivery and transportation industry.
  • Competency in Salesforce, with the ability to leverage its features and functionality to drive business results.
  • Customer focus, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
