Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Manager to lead our digital solutions team. As a key member of our IT Shared Service Center, you will be responsible for designing, building, and owning digital solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of Salesforce solution managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Business Analysis: Analyze, challenge, and refine business requirements to transform them into optimal functional and technical architectures and dataflows.
- Project Management: Perform estimates on planning and costs to own budget and engagements for your perimeter.
- Vendor Management: Help recruit external vendors and act as a technical solution expert to ensure future-proof developments on multiple projects in parallel.
- Technical Expertise: Act as an internal developer to support project execution and maintenance.
- Solution Ownership: Own the growing Salesforce solution to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Integration and Collaboration: Constantly cooperate with other internal solution managers to ensure proper integration of Salesforce systems into our IT ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in designing, building, and owning digital solutions.
- Managerial Experience: 2+ years of managerial experience.
- Technical Skills: Proven technical skills on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
- Architectural Knowledge: Solid understanding of architectural concepts and integration of digital applications in the overall application landscape.
- Business Acumen: Experience interacting with business customers and transforming business needs into working solutions.
- Project Management: Experience with project management and coordination of external vendors.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
