- Directing the technical trajectory of Salesforce initiatives while engaging in hands-on development and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, Head of Engineering SalesTech, and Director Product to translate product aspirations into scalable Salesforce solutions that deliver outstanding customer value.
- Establishing a culture of technical mentorship and high-quality coding practices, ensuring alignment with broader technological strategies.
- Navigating challenges and optimizing our Salesforce environment for enhanced performance and scalability.
- Encouraging continuous innovation and learning within the team.
- Lead the technical decision-making within the Salesforce domain, ensuring the development of scalable and robust systems.
- Address critical technical challenges, providing solutions that align with business goals and technology strategies.
- Foster a culture of quality and innovation through collaboration with the Head of Engineering.
- Mentor team members, guiding them towards best practices in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.
- Work alongside Product Owners to transform product requirements into efficient and scalable Salesforce architectures.
- Promote high-performance engineering practices within the team, emphasizing CI/CD and lean development methodologies.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce development, with extensive knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning, and integrations.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects that align with business objectives.
- Strong grasp of software development methodologies, best practices, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Fluency in English with strong communication capabilities.
