Salesforce Solutions Team Leader (m/f/d) (100%)
Triumph is significantly enhancing its Salesforce capabilities to deliver exceptional experiences for both BtoC and BtoB partners. Our Salesforce ecosystem encompasses Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, with ongoing implementations across global markets and continuous feature development. Most of our development efforts are outsourced, with internal oversight.
To support this rapidly expanding scope, we are in search of a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Manager who can take ownership of the solution, act as a technical authority and architect, coordinate with external partners, and assist in building an internal team of Salesforce solution managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a team of Salesforce solution managers
- Assess, refine, and translate business requirements into optimal functional and technical architectures and data flows
- Provide estimates for planning and budgeting to manage your area effectively
- Assist in the recruitment of external partners and serve as a technical solution expert to ensure sustainable developments across multiple projects
- Act as an internal developer to support project execution and maintenance of minor projects
- Oversee the growing Salesforce environment to ensure its maintainability and scalability
- Manage support services and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency (including SLA management, ticketing systems, escalation processes, and monitoring)
- Collaborate with other internal solution managers to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce systems within the Triumph IT ecosystem (including loyalty programs, frontends, SAP, iPaaS, PIM/DAM, and analytics tools)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Over 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing digital solutions
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated technical expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and the integration of digital applications within the broader application landscape
- Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate their needs into effective solutions
- Experience managing multiple projects and solutions simultaneously
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Background in project management
- Experience coordinating with external vendors
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of autonomy
