Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled and driven Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect to oversee and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. This position is centered on guaranteeing the seamless functionality of Salesforce and its integration with various platforms such as Pardot, our product suite, and JustOn. Additionally, the role encompasses responsibilities in business process enhancement and operational management.
Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem, including user administration, configuration, customization, and upkeep.
- Act as a technical authority and primary liaison for clients and internal teams, guiding the selection of appropriate Salesforce components and the implementation of industry best practices.
- Assess and integrate Salesforce with other platforms such as Pardot, our product suite, and JustOn.
- Coordinate with external service providers.
- Ensure adherence to data protection and security regulations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Lead and supervise Salesforce initiatives to guarantee alignment with architectural standards.
- Develop and refine organizational processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize tools and workflows across Marketing (Account Engagement), Sales (Sales Cloud), Service (Service Cloud), and Billing (JustOn).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a robust understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, and JustOn.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience in enhancing business processes and operational management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Experience in both startup environments and established organizations to leverage best practices from both sectors.
