Job Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead product portfolio management for power semiconductors. As a senior professional, you will be accountable for defining strategies, developing business cases, and driving sales growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product life cycle plans, ensuring quality requirements are met and initial pricing strategies are executed effectively.
- Create and manage SiC module roadmaps, focusing on innovation, optimization, and business case creation.
- Leverage your expertise to develop and execute a global SiC module strategy, incorporating long-term planning and vision.
- Diligently work towards achieving yearly sales and margin targets for SiC products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure successful New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, aligning with business case fulfillment objectives.
- Drive business case execution and fulfillments, conducting competitor analysis, market research, and trend analysis.
- Serve as a key interface between marketing, development, quality, operations, and other departments within the Business Group SiC.
Your Background:
We seek a highly skilled individual with a master's degree in semiconductor device physics, electrical engineering, or a related field. A minimum of five years of professional experience in product marketing is required, with a deep understanding of power semiconductors and electronic hardware applications.
- Ambitious entrepreneur with a strong customer-centric approach and service orientation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with fluency in both English and German.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams, with willingness to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.
