To this end, we've built our own programmatic mobile ad platform, WAVE, which connects app publishers with advertisers. Our team works closely with dozens of advertising networks, measurement providers, and other external services, exchanging millions of data points every minute.

The WAVE Supply Services team is responsible for developing tools that enable app publishers to manage their WAVE integration, analyze ad monetization performance, and assess ads' UX through dashboards and APIs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the face of our product, shaping services to set up SDKs, analyze ad revenue, and apps' UX – from gathering necessary data to visualizing it on dashboards or providing it via APIs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a cross-functional team together with a Tech Lead: lead hiring efforts, exchange feedback, and organize routines within the team.
  • Conduct research on competitors, markets, and customers to define business requirements for the product.
  • Collaborate with designers to prepare mockups for the UI of the product.
  • Prepare and communicate requirements to engineers.
  • Maintain critical product documentation about features and business logic (both internal and external).
  • Analyze statistics from various sources (internal system dashboards, BI tools, spreadsheets) regularly to understand product use cases and identify issues.
  • Align with the company's overall strategic goals, working on long-term product roadmaps and quarterly OKRs.
  • Coordinate with other tech teams on common guidelines for development, design, etc.
Requirements
  • A degree in information technology, economics, analytics, or a similar field, or 5 years of working experience in product or analyst positions.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Lead / Manager / Owner, preferably in B2B SaaS products, developing web applications.
  • Experience in hiring people, conducting regular 1-1s, creating career plans.
  • Familiarity with both technical and business languages: discussing feature implementation with engineers and business needs with business development colleagues.
  • Basic data analysis skills and experience extracting valuable insights from data.
  • Familiarity with task-tracking tools (Jira, GitLab, etc).
  • Prior experience using BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau, MS PowerBI).
  • Optional: Experience managing mobile app/SDK development.
