About You
We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our team at Hibob. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our SaaS-based offerings within the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline and manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Target key decision-makers to determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRM system
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with market influencers and partners
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive who can hit revenue targets and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS Mid-Market environmentProficient in German (C1) and fluent in English (verbal and written)Experience closing deals valued at $50,000+ within organizations of 300+ employeesProven track record of success in hitting revenue targetsAbility to outbound prospect and generate a minimum of 50% of your pipelineStrong understanding and ability to use formal sales methodologiesWhy Work with Us
