The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact on our business. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the Architectural Finishes market and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Re-shaping our channel structure to drive business results
  • Identifying untapped sales growth opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them
  • Defining an end-to-end business strategy that leverages a cross-functional team
  • Building long-lasting relationships with key market players
  • Increasing market awareness of our solutions through targeted marketing efforts
Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A proven track record of business management, including sales leadership
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills
  • Ability to lead through influence and focus on relationship building
  • Experience in interpreting market research and market insights
  • English language skills, both verbal and written
Additional Qualifications

Past experience in business development, classical marketing/sales, and knowledge of German language are highly desirable.

Job Specifics

This role can be based in either Germany or the UK, with remote work options available. Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
