Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to lead our Oral Health Care business. As a key member of our Commercial Strategy and Implementation team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our local business within the Oral Health Care category. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business objectives and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead the deployment of Oral Health Care annual brand plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class executions and drive business results.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute winning go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the Head of CS&I and BI DACH on Oral Health Care business challenges and opportunities.
- 7+ years of experience in a large FMCG/Consumer Health environment, including leadership experience.
- Strong preference for extensive experience in Shopper & Trade Marketing and Sales.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies, processes, and controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
