Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our Oral Health Care team. As a Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our local business within the Oral Health Care category, embodying the voice of the shopper and customer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies and processes to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead the deployment of Oral Health Care annual brand plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver winning execution of annual plans in market for Oral Health Care.
- Develop and tailor Oral Health Care innovation tools to be fit for purpose for local sales teams to sell and deliver initiative target objectives.
- Collaborate with Cluster and Central CS&I teams to influence Commercial innovation needs for Oral Health Care.
- Lead the creation of local selling tools to win in each channel.
- Own and define Perfect Store and DVRP targets and KPIs measurement for Oral Health Care.
- 7+ years of experience in a large FMCG/Consumer Health environment, including leadership experience.
- Strong preference for extensive experience in Shopper & Trade Marketing and Sales.
- Proven experience in successful business delivery in commercial roles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies, processes, and controls.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
