Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to join our sales department in Germany. As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Flen Health products in the Baden Württemberg & Rhineland Palatinate area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Promotion and Sales: Represent Flen Health products and manage sales for your territory, ensuring that each stakeholder receives key sales messages.
  • Business Development: Take ownership of your region, thinking about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, and competitor practices to develop a relevant sales strategy with the support of your Manager.
  • Strategic Planning: Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with the best practices and standards, with the guidance of the Sales Director.
  • Customer Relationships: Build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in your region and act as Flen Health's brand ambassador at relevant conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
  • CRM Management: Ensure that our CRM system is maintained in line with company standards.
  • Collaboration: Work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments to achieve goals together.
Requirements
  • Education: Ideally, you hold a Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experience.
  • Experience: You can demonstrate initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: You show a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Technical Skills: Data savvy and comfortable with numbers, you demonstrate the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system, and Showpad.
  • Language Skills: You are a native German speaker with a good level of English.
  • Driving License: You hold a valid Driving License.
