Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist for DACH Region

In this exciting role as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist for the DACH region, you will play a critical part in driving the growth of our business by identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent. Reporting to the DACH TA Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

About the Role:- Become an integral part of our dynamic DACH TA Team and contribute to shaping our recruitment strategies.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing plans to identify top talent, leveraging your expertise in active sourcing and building strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our company culture and values, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into our organization.
- Maintain a competitive edge in the market by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of success in the DACH region.
- Expertise in active sourcing, social media recruitment, and content creation.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
This role is based in Munich, Germany, with regular travel to other locations within the DACH region required.
