Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in fueling our rapid international growth by implementing innovative recruitment strategies and fostering strong relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.
The Role:
You'll work closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to design and execute strategic recruiting and employer branding initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of recruitment, from crafting compelling sourcing strategies and conducting interviews to extending offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire graduate program recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from universities, career fairs, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and extend offers to the best fit for Celonis' culture and needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide strategic advice throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on early professional hiring, campus recruitment, or similar areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with colleagues, candidates, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Fluency in German and English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
