Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Product Management, der unsere Non Food-Produkte weiterentwickeln und erfolgreich auf dem Markt platzieren möchte. Als Product Development Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Gesamtentwicklung und das Management unseres Non Food-Sortiments. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Einkauf, der Logistik und dem Marketing zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte optimal auf dem Markt platziert werden.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktentwicklung: Du entwickelst und implementierst eine langfristige Produktstrategie für den Non Food-Bereich, um unsere Produkte kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern.
- Management des Non Food-Sortiments: Du bist verantwortlich für die Gesamtverantwortung für das Sortiment, einschließlich der Analyse der Markttrends und Wettbewerbssituationen, um das Sortiment kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Einkauf, der Logistik und dem Marketing zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte optimal auf dem Markt platziert werden.
- Führung des Non Food-Teams: Du bist verantwortlich für die Führung und Betreuung des Non Food-Teams, um innovative Produkte zu entwickeln und den Erfolg des Sortiments zu steigern.
- Analyse und Optimierung: Du analysierst die Performance der Produktkategorien anhand von KPIs und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung.
- Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement oder Einkauf im Bereich Non Food.
- Fähigkeiten: Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Führungskompetenz und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
