Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Working Student to join our dynamic team in Monheim am Rhein. As a Marketing Working Student, you will play a key role in preparing and coordinating product introductions and updates, managing product lifecycle strategies, and identifying portfolio optimization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate product introductions and updates with Marketing Responsible and European Segment Managers
  • Manage product lifecycle strategies, including phase in/out, sales & customer communication, and product documentation
  • Identify portfolio optimization opportunities through a regional-wide approach to product use
  • Support the development of short and long-term strategies for demand generation using market research, customer needs assessments, and customer and sales history analysis
  • Support Regional Marketing Leaders in defining pricing tactics, including the process of designing Value pricing
  • Provide Ecolab sales force with leadership and marketing support, including sales tools, training, competitive intelligence, and actionable reporting

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in business administration with a specialization in marketing, communications, sales, or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and German; other European language is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS365 tools; SAP proficiency is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures; strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, good attention to detail, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
