About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join WuXi AppTec as a Laboratory Supply Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of laboratory supplies and reagents. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Samples Receipt and Disposition: Receive incoming samples, review them for integrity, and ensure they are sufficient for testing.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the ordering and receiving of laboratory supplies and reagents, including resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of laboratory supplies and reagents, using our inventory management system to track stock levels and prevent shortages.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all laboratory supplies and reagents meet quality standards and are used in compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a regulated environment, preferably in a laboratory setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of general research laboratory procedures and GLP/GMP regulations.
  • Languages: Fluent English speaker; German language proficiency a plus.
