Als Logistics and Inbound Kit Receiving Coordinator unterstützt Du uns bei eingehenden und ausgehenden Logistikaktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit dem Wareneingang und dem Kit-Versand an unserem Standort in Berlin. Diese Rolle umfasst die Unterstützung des Teams bei der Bestandsverwaltung, die Übernahme einer Schlüsselrolle beim Wareneingang und die Abwicklung der täglichen Ausgangssendungen für die Kitting-Abteilung. In dieser Position übernimmst Du ebenfalls Verantwortung für Projekte der Digitalisierung, der Lagerhaltung und dem Aufbau unseres Lagers.

**Tägliche Aufgaben**:
Diese Rolle ist eine Hybridfunktion und besteht aus zwei Hauptbereichen:
Zum einen unterstützt Du uns bei der Umsetzung und Betreuung unserer Supply Chain Aktivitäten und zum anderen verantwortest Du einen reibungslosen Ablauf unserer täglichen ausgehenden Kit-Lieferungen.
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle bestellten Waren ordnungsgemäß in unseren Berliner Lagern eingehen und verbucht werden.
- Du vergleichst die qualitativen und quantitativen Parameter einer Lieferung mit der Bestellung, bist für das Auspacken und die ordnungsgemäße Lagerung in unserem Lager verantwortlich und nimmst Bestellungen von Lieferanten entgegen und erfasst diese in unserem ERP-System (infor).
- Du unterstützt unsere SCM- und Logistikmanager und die zugehörigen Abteilungen bei der Supply-Chain-Planung, dem Nachschub und dem Warentransfer in unseren globalen Logistiknetzwerken und unseren weltweiten Niederlassungen.
- Du unterstützt aktiv die Umsetzung zukünftiger Anforderungen im Rahmen der Logistiktransformation und der globalen Harmonisierung.
- Du übernimmst aktiv die Verantwortung für unseren täglichen Kit-Versand und stellst sicher, dass alle Anforderungen wie Zeitplanung, Dokumentation und Effizienz erfüllt werden.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Auswahl des richtigen Paketdienstes und die Erstellung der Luftfrachtbriefe und Dokumente

**Qualifikation**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Lagerlogistiker, Logistikfachmann oder Lagerkoordinator oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.
- Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Demand-Planning, Transportmanagement usw.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem WMS- oder ERP-System.
- Ausgezeichnetes Zahlenverständnis
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)

**Position Summary**:
The Translational Science Logistics and Inbound Kit Receiving Coordinator will support in inbound and outbound logistics activities related to supply receipt and kit shipping of our site in Berlin. This role involves supporting and assisting the team in inventory management, playing a key role in the receipt of goods, and handling the daily outbound shipments for the kitting department. This position will also support us with warehousing, building up our warehouse and taking on initial projects independently.

**Daily Tasks**:
This role is a hybrid function and consist of two main fields:
Support us in Supply Chain execution and take complete responsibility for our daily outgoing kit shipments with our chosen vendors and couriers.
- You ensure that all ordered goods are properly received and booked in our Berlin warehouses.
- You compare the qualitative and quantitative parameters of a delivery with the order.
- You are responsible for unpacking and proper storage in our warehouse.
- You accept orders from suppliers and enter them into our ERP system (infor).
- You support and assist our SCM and Logistics Managers and the related departments, with supply chain planning replenishment, and the transfer of goods in our global logistics networks and our worldwide branches.
- You are actively supporting the implementation of future requirements in the context of logistics transformation and global harmonization.
- You are actively taking the responsibility of our daily kit shipments internationally and ensure that all logistics related requirements, such as time planning, documentation and reporting are met.
