Main tasks:

- Be first line support for any questions or issues reported by suppliers and coordinate answers in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and control part manufacturing with suppliers and manage the associated administrative processes.
- Take necessary actions to expedite orders in production with suppliers in case necessary.
- Oversee the operational process from order receipt to shipment while meeting on time performance goals.
- Provide manufacturing status updates to customers and the Sales team acting as a liaison to suppliers.

**Your profile**:

- You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
- You are equipped with a technical mindset; you love solving complex problems and are ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You are 100% customer-focused and able to quickly build strong relationships with suppliers.
- You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills.
- You are based in Berlin and/or are available to work 100% on-site from the MakerVerse logistics hub.
