As our Director of Finance, you will drive financial strategy across accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance to support Shiftmove's expansion and operational excellence.

About You
  • You have extensive experience in group accounting, consolidation, and leading finance teams, with a proven ability to handle and improve complex international tax and accounting challenges.
  • A hands-on leader who can roll up their sleeves to lead teams through IFRS implementation, tackle intercompany complexities, or improve cash flow management.
  • An empathetic mentor who understands how to structure teams and responsibilities across multiple entities, building trust and empowering your team to perform their best.
  • A clear communicator skilled at taking complex financial data and system challenges and making them easy to understand, guiding senior stakeholders to make the right strategic decisions.

We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Your Day-to-Day
  • Lead group accounting and consolidation across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAPs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance leaders, fostering a high-performance, trust-based environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and other relevant accounting and financial frameworks while leading audits, regulatory reporting requirements, and handling debt financing credit facilities.
  • Manage international and corporate tax matters, ensuring precise reporting and full statutory compliance.
  • Lead change management efforts, such as during M&A, ensuring smooth integration and alignment across teams, processes, and systems.

We offer a competitive salary of EUR 120,000, a hybrid setup with flexible working hours, and a range of benefits including mental health support, a learning budget, and 30 paid holiday days per year.
