Your Role

The Supply Chain & Warehousing Team is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Supply Chain & Warehousing Lead to develop project scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders. They will be responsible for allocated projects, which typically involve the development and implementation of supply chain & warehousing business strategies & processes to meet the identified business needs within an offshore wind operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, deliverables, timelines, and procedures.
  • Establish critical milestones and dependencies.
  • Coordinate internal project members to deliver tasks on time.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support when required.
  • Work alongside the Supply Chain & Warehousing Lead to develop and monitor cost estimates, Capex / Opex budget forecasts, and actuals ensuring budgets stay within scope and resources are utilised effectively.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Advanced verbal and visual presentation skills.
  • Effective organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate across multiple international cultures and a geographically diverse portfolio.
  • Proficiency in MS projects and MS software and tools.
  • Ability to influence and communicate across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Internationally oriented, fully committed, flexible, and ready to travel to meet the business requirements.
  • 5 years' experience of project management as a project manager or assistant project manager.
