About the Role

E.ON SE is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Expert to join their team as a Project Manager Sourcing Optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in driving high-impact projects and developing sourcing optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing optimization initiatives to enhance the quality of supply chain processes
  • Collaborate with negotiation experts and category teams to refine sourcing approaches and strategies
  • Structure and design target group-oriented communication on sourcing optimization activities and decision templates for senior management
  • Ensure goal-driven project management with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting milestones
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study
  • Several years of work experience in project management, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for problem-solving and high-level project management expertise
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple changing priorities and projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent in English and German
