Job Title: Supply Chain Expert - Project Manager Sourcing Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Expert to join our E.ON SE team as a Project Manager Sourcing Optimization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and steering high-impact projects along the entire sourcing process of E.ON's product and service categories.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing optimization initiatives to enhance the quality of supply chain processes
  • Ensure goal-driven project management with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting milestones
  • Collaborate with negotiation experts and category teams to refine sourcing approaches and strategies
  • Structure and design target group-oriented communication on sourcing optimization activities and decision templates for senior management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study
  • Several years of work experience in hands-on project management in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for problem-solving and high-level project management expertise
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple changing priorities and projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
