We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain & Warehousing team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scopes and plans, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish critical milestones and dependencies, and coordinate internal project members to deliver tasks on time.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, and monitor team performance to provide guidance and support when required.
  • Work alongside the Supply Chain & Warehousing Lead to develop and monitor cost estimates, Capex / Opex budget forecasts, and actuals.
  • Track changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and identify potential internal and external risks to develop strategies to mitigate.

Your Essential Skills:

  • Advanced verbal and visual presentation skills.
  • Effective organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate across multiple international cultures and a geographically diverse portfolio.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and MS software and tools.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, commercial law, or international trade is beneficial.
  • Contract negotiation experience is beneficial.
  • Offshore or onshore wind industry background is beneficial.
  • Documented evidence of previous project management or assistant project management experience.
