Financial Manager for Venture Capital Fund

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Investor Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and investor relations matters, supporting the fundraising process, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and investors.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our partners and be the operational backbone of our VC fund.
- Be entrusted with all financial and investor relations topics, including financial analysis and modeling, and investor communication.
- Support the fundraising process for our future initiatives and maintain and build new LP relationships.
- Analyze financial trends and present the financial impacts of management decisions to partners.
- Develop and implement a robust investor communication strategy to ensure transparent, regular, and impactful engagement with our investors.
- Organize and manage investor meetings, including preparation of presentation materials and performance reports.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance, fund administration, investor relations in a financial services company, VC/PE fund, or startup.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile investors.
- Comfortable taking ownership and leading processes and projects end-to-end.
- Proven analytical and financial modeling skills.
- A self-starter with a passion for startups, technology, and innovation.
- Willingness to travel (20%-40%, depending on the fundraising cycle).
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
