Financial Manager for Venture Capital Fund

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at First Momentum Ventures, a leading pre-seed venture capital fund. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all financial and investor relations topics, supporting the fundraising process, and maintaining strong relationships with our investors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all financial aspects of our fund, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement a robust investor communication strategy to ensure transparent and regular engagement with our investors.
- Support the fundraising process by preparing materials, coordinating investor meetings, and presenting financial information to partners.
- Own the coordination of all legal and finance matters in our portfolio's transactions.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance, fund administration, or investor relations in a financial services company, VC/PE fund, or startup.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile investors.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
