Operations Securities Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Securities Manager to join our team at Scalable Capital. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting daily reconciliation, settlement, and securities transfer processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily reconciliation, settlement, and securities transfer processes to ensure seamless financial services for our clients.
- Provide supplemental security event analyses and gather related details to support decision-making and client information.
- Communicate with external partners responsible for clearing and settlement, as well as stock exchanges, to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
- Support the development of scalable processes and participate in projects with internal teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- First experience in the financial services industry and affinity for financial instruments.
- Knowledge of capital markets, processes behind security transactions, and corporate actions.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and minimum C1 Level German (written and spoken).
