About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Workday Product Owner to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing new functionalities, changes, and enhancements, while ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of new Workday functionalities, changes, and enhancements.
  • Use project management and agile skills to guide initiatives from planning through to delivery.
  • Consult and coach process owners and collaborators to design business processes and provide system recommendations.
  • Lead Workday design discussions to ensure informed decision-making and identify potential risks.
  • Maintain strong connections with business and functional leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Validate business needs and document requirements for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and continuously build product knowledge.
