About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Workday Business Analyst to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and our HR/Workday core team.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.
- Gather and document business requirements and turn them into Workday specifications.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations, as well as troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.
About You:
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, T&A, and related modules.
- Proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
